Gender identity is an important developing strand in the area of diversity, and all employers should be considering how to create an inclusive workplace for everyone which respects different identities.
This session will guide you through both the law and recommended best practice relating to gender identity and inclusion, covering topics such as types of gender identity, appropriate language and legal rights. We will also consider recent decisions on gender-critical beliefs, and provide some guidance on how to resolve workplace conflicts.
