I advise on the full range of employment issues with a focus on legal and strategic advice on redundancies / restructuring; sensitive terminations and practical advice on the operation of TUPE. I have considerable experience of Employment Tribunal litigation having successfully defended a number of complicated discrimination cases and as well as advising on minimum wage compliance and audits.

I am particularly interested in how we can support our clients prepare and adapt to the changing world of work and, as part of our Future of Work team, I host a podcast.
