About

I am a Managing Associate in the Employment team, and advise on the full range of employment law issues.

I work with companies across a range of sectors, including professional services, finance, entertainment, construction and travel.

I provide pragmatic and commercial advice on day-to-day employment queries. My practice includes advising on matters such as grievances and disciplinaries, dismissals, restructures and collective consultations, TUPE transfers and contract and policy reviews. I particularly enjoy working closely with clients to help them find the right commercial approach for their business.

I also advise employees, and my recent work includes representing clients in discrimination and whistleblowing matters as well as advising on terms of employment and negotiated exits.

I have extensive experience in litigation and day-to-day advisory matters, and advise clients in English, Spanish and Italian.

Experience

Employment litigation

  • Advising on Employment Tribunal litigation, including complex whistleblowing, discrimination and unfair dismissal cases as well as more unusual claims, such as successfully defending an application from an international news organisation to access documents in a Tribunal claim our client had won
  • Guiding clients through the intricacies of Tribunal procedure, and representing both respondents and claimants in hearings and judicial mediations

Investigations

  • Carrying out investigations for clients in addition to my employment advisory work
  • Conducting sensitive and complex investigations for domestic and international companies across the financial, legal and entertainment sectors
  • Advising employers on investigations with a regulatory angle
