Lewis Silkin advises Next Fifteen Group on the acquisition of Elvis Communications Limited

Lewis Silkin, a leading international law firm to creative agencies, has advised Next Fifteen Group (Next 15), the AIM-listed digital communications group, on its acquisition of Elvis Communications Limited. This deal, worth £5.5 million, marks the third Next 15 acquisition this year alone on which the Lewis Silkin team has advised.
Elvis Communications is a UK based integrated digital agency with a focus on consumer brands, with clients that include global brands such as Cadbury, Honda, Stella Artois, Budweiser, Corona and Kenco. Next 15 is a communications business which employs over 1,610 people across 39 offices in 14 countries. The Group incorporates 18 subsidiary agencies, spanning digital content, marketing, PR, consumer, technology, marketing software, market research, public affairs and policy communications.
Partner and Head of Corporate Paul Rajput led the team from Lewis Silkin on the transaction, working alongside corporate tax partner Matthew Rowbotham, legal director Hannah Price and employment associate Charlotte Morgan.
