As we emerge from the pandemic the focus for many businesses is how to start to get employees safely back to the workplace.

We’ll consider the existing obligations in relation to risk assessments and Covid-19 measures in the workplace; the approach to vaccination, testing and the Covid Pass; and how to deal with employees reluctant to return to the office. Delivered in a practical and commercial way, this programme is aimed mainly at HR managers and those with equivalent experience of dealing with workplace employment issues.
