I provide pragmatic and commercial advice on both contentious and non-contentious issues, including: - senior level recruitment and exits, implementing changes to terms and conditions, business restructures and collective redundancies. I also have significant experience of defending Employment Tribunal litigation, including claims for unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing.
I advise clients on employment law issues impacting their business. I work across a range of sectors including technology, logistics and transport. My work often has an international scope and I regularly co-ordinate cross-border projects.
