The struggles we have all experienced during the Covid-19 pandemic have brought the importance of mental health and wellbeing into the spotlight.
Good mental health practices are critical to a successful and responsible workplace - whether from a legal or a social perspective. This session will look at both legal risks and best practice, taking into account the additional challenges caused by the increase in remote working and how this may affect both mental wellbeing and the ability of managers to monitor staff welfare.
