As we emerge from the ongoing effects of Covid-19 in the spring, this session will take a look at the post-pandemic workplace.
Whether remote working, flexible resourcing or a new approach towards health at work, many of the temporary changes we have been experiencing look likely to become more permanent. We will use case studies to provide guidance on practical issues such as how to manage a full return to the office, dealing with flexible working requests and expectations, and handling health concerns.
