I advise on all aspects of employment law, assisting clients with matters that arise throughout the employment relationship and after it has ended.
My practice encompasses a wide range of employment law issues, covering both day-to-day advisory work as well as dealing with contentious matters and disputes. This includes advising on internal processes such as disciplinary, grievance and performance management; redundancy exercises; contract and policy reviews; and employment terminations and exits. My contentious experience has included working on large-scale Employment Tribunal litigation covering issues that include unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment and whistleblowing.
I work for a variety of clients from multinational corporations to start-up companies. This has included advising large companies on international and cross-border issues and projects, for example a multi-jurisdictional hybrid working project, as well as advising on collective issues like restructuring and reorganisation projects. Part of my practice focuses on clients based in the technology sector, tech platforms and companies operating in the platform economy.
Prior to joining Lewis Silkin, I trained and started my practice at one of the largest global law firms and there I also spent time working in-house in both the technology and the life sciences sectors.
