About

I work with a wide range of employers advising on all aspects of employment law and the employment life cycle. I have over 5 years' experience supporting clients in relation to both contentious and non-contentious employment matters including recruitment, contracting and onboarding; managing employees and avoiding conflicts; employee relations issues; discrimination; collective rights and industrial relations; exits and complex Employment Tribunal litigation.

I advise clients across a broad range of sectors, with a focus on corporate employers including multinational organisations.

Having spent over a year working in-house at a large tech company I have first-hand experience and understanding of such organisations and the pressures on their internal teams. This has allowed me to deliver commercial and tailored advice as well as gain a deeper knowledge of the tech sector.

I grew up in Yorkshire and am passionate about improving social mobility and equal opportunities. I am an active member of the firm's education and social mobility strand of its Responsible Business committee and jointly deliver our legal careers outreach programme.
