I am an Associate in the Intellectual Property team specialising primarily in litigation, but also advising on transactional matters.
I advise clients across a range of sectors (including media & entertainment, advertising & marketing, and retail, fashion & luxury) on the protection, exploitation and enforcement of all intellectual property and related rights, including copyright, moral rights, trade marks, and designs.
Alongside my legal career, I am a DJ. I organise and perform at weekly music events in London. As a result, I have a particular interest in music industry matters, including drafting and negotiating all types of music contracts, and advising on copyright and royalty disputes.
Having been raised in Switzerland, I am fluent in French and proficient in German. I am a member of the French Desk and have experience in advising francophone clients in French. I am also a member of the Media and Entertainment sector focus group.
I trained with Lewis Silkin and qualified in September 2022. Prior to joining the firm, I read Law at King’s College London and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP University. I am a solicitor advocate with Higher Rights of Audience (Civil).
