Lewis Silkin corporate team advises the shareholders of Beaver Pest Control on its sale to Orkin UK

Lewis Silkin has acted for the shareholders of Beaver Pest Control, a leading UK pest management provider, on its successful sale to Orkin UK, a subsidiary of Rollins, a global leader in pest control services. The acquisition strengthens Orkin’s presence in London and the surrounding areas and expands its service offerings in the residential and commercial pest control markets. The sale follows Beaver Pest Control’s commitment to growing its brand and service capabilities while benefiting from Orkin’s extensive international resources.
Beaver Pest Control, known for its exceptional service and industry expertise, will now join the Rollins family of brands, which includes Orkin and other leading pest control companies worldwide. This move will enable Beaver to further enhance its customer service offering and extend its reach across new markets.
