I joined Lewis Silkin upon qualification in October 2023 having trained at another city law firm, where I gained experience in corporate and commercial as well as undertaking a client secondment.

I advise clients on a variety of corporate matters across the lifecycle of a company, including private M&A (acting for both buyer and seller), internal restructurings and general corporate governance.
