Mental wellbeing is rising to the top of corporate agendas. Organisations are increasingly aware that a failure to address employee “wellness”, and particularly issues around mental health, can be costly.

With imoveable deadlines, demanding talent, agents, management and customers, stress may seem to be a way of life in these industries. There are lots more issues to be aware of. Poor mental health at work costs the UK economy up to £99 billion each year. There is clear evidence that employers who promote positive mental health in the workplace have a happier and more productive workforce.

Our event is an opportunity for organisers and senior professionals working in the live and media industries to explore the issues affecting this industry and look at ways in which organisations can remove the mental health stigma within the workplace and encourage a healthy engaged workforce. We will share with you what Lewis Silkin is doing to promote positive mental wellbeing and we hope this will be a forum to share thoughts and ideas (and successes) and the start of an open conversation about what we need to do to provide a supporting environment for employees.

If you have any queries, or a colleague who would like to attend, please contact events@lewissilkin.com.
