We will explore the Pay Transparency Directive, which is set to change the landscape for gender pay gap reporting, pay transparency and equal pay enforcement across Europe.

Drawing on experience from the UK, the Republic of Ireland and beyond, we’ll look at the Directive’s main requirements, identify the key risk areas and share top tips on how to get ahead when it comes to ensuring compliance.
