I am a Partner in Lewis Silkin's Employment team, based in the Dublin office.
I have over 13 years of experience in employment law, having spent twelve years at a leading large commercial law firm. I’ve worked for a variety of large multinational employers seeking advice on re-structuring and transfer of employees with particular focus on international corporates and financial institutions.
I advise on all aspects of employment and equality law, both in contentious and non-contentious matters. This work includes advising on all matters arising out of the employer-employee relationship including termination and redundancy procedures, general compliance with working time models, internal investigations and also the preparation and review of employment contracts, company handbooks, and human resource policies to ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and best practice. I regularly advise employers on internal grievance, disciplinary and termination processes.
I am a member of the Employment Lawyers Association of Ireland and the Irish Womens Lawyers Association.
