I am an established senior Human Resources professional with a broad commercial background and extensive experience of leading and facilitating organisational and cultural change in a diverse range of business types and sectors.
I am passionate about improving performance through people and implementing this with a healthy balance of creativity and common sense.
My early career took an unusual trajectory when, after qualifying as a veterinary surgeon and spending a few years working in practice, I moved into a commercial setting – undertaking management roles in sales, sector management and operations before moving into HR.
I now combine this broader business understanding with a strategic perspective to support business growth and evolving operating models - helping clients deliver sustainable change, improved commercial performance and the creation of a healthy work environment in both board advisory and HR capacities.
