I am a Senior Lawyer in the LS In-house team, with in-house experience in both employment legal and employee relations teams within the financial services sector, and private practice experience advising a wide range of clients, from employees and small businesses to international organisations.
I began my career in private practice, advising both corporate and individual clients in a variety of sectors across a variety of issues, including experience both bringing and defending claims in the High Court and Employment Tribunal.
I moved to join the LS In-house team in 2020 and was seconded to the EMEA Employment Legal team of an American investment bank, before moving to their EMEA Employee Relations team, and then subsequently to the hybrid Employment Legal and Employee Relations team of an Australian investment bank (again covering EMEA).
