As a rockhopper lawyer, I am on call, by telephone and email, to advise employers from a variety of sectors on whatever HR or employee relations issues they need assistance with.
We deal with queries on all topics, including grievances, disciplinaries, sickness absence, family friendly provisions, performance management and TUPE. We also assist our clients in defending Employment Tribunal claims and dealing with data subject access requests, contract and handbook reviews.
I joined the rockhopper team in April 2020 with over 10 years’ experience in employment law, having trained at a global City firm before moving to a specialist employment practice. I have advised employers in various industry sectors on all aspects of employment and HR issues whilst also acting for senior executives in negotiation of service agreements and exit packages. I have extensive Employment Tribunal experience, having represented both claimants and companies in all types of claims including unfair dismissal, complex discrimination, equal pay and whistleblowing.
