As a rockhopper lawyer, I am on call, by telephone and email, to advise employers from a variety of sectors on whatever HR or employee relations issues they need assistance with.
We deal with queries on all topics including grievances, disciplinaries, sickness absence, family friendly provisions, performance management and TUPE. We also assist our clients in defending Employment Tribunal claims and dealing with data subject access requests, contract and handbook reviews.
I have previously worked as an employment lawyer for a number of years at both a leading global law firm and in-house at one of the world’s largest investment banks. I have advised clients across a range of industry sectors, as well as representing them in complex Tribunal litigation.
