I am an Associate in the Employment team, advising employers and individuals on all aspects of employment law, covering contentious matters and advisory work.
My practice covers a broad range of employment issues which arise throughout the employment relationship. This includes advising on performance issues, redundancies, terminations and exits, grievance and disciplinary processes and terminations, as well as employment contracts and handbooks.
I have particular experience advising on senior terminations and exits, representing both individuals and companies. I am regularly instructed to advise on Employment Tribunal litigation, including whistleblowing, discrimination and unfair dismissal claims. My work also has a strong international element and I regularly advise on cross-border issues.
I work for clients in a variety of sectors, including financial and professional services, technology and life sciences.
Before joining Lewis Silkin, I trained and practiced at a large international firm.
I am a member of the Employment Lawyers’ Association’s junior committee, 2024-2025.
