I am Co-Chief Operating Officer at Lewis Silkin and work closely with our Creators, Makers and Innovators division which provides leading advice for creative, innovative and tech-focused businesses.
My priority is working with colleagues to ensure that we excel in the way we deliver our services to our clients and that the firm is achieving its strategic and operational goals. My teams support our client service and innovation commitments, partnering with clients and colleagues to nurture a culture which puts our clients fully at the heart of what we do and finding new, creative and better ways to help them achieve their outcomes.
I have worked in the legal sector for over 20 years, including 15 years as a solicitor and then partner at a top 100 UK law firm. My extensive experience of working with clients shapes my perspective on the critical role which the operational aspects of an organisation plays in a truly solutions-focussed business. As co-head of the firm’s Education and Social Mobility Group I am a passionate advocate for Lewis Silkin’s Responsible Business commitments.
Outside work I enjoy running, cooking, trips to the cinema and spend a lot of time in the park pushing my daughter on the swings.
