I support employers from various sectors on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters. This includes day to day HR issues such as disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, performance management and exits. I also draft and review employment contracts, service agreements, consultancy agreements, settlement agreements, staff handbooks and policies.

I regularly assist with Employment Tribunal Litigation involving claims such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing.

As a member of Lewis Silkin’s Global Mobility team, I work closely with international colleagues and tax experts to advise employers on a range of global mobility issues. This includes coordinating advice to consider the best engagement model for employees to “work from anywhere”. I also assist with the practical requirements of implementing cross-border working arrangements, such as drafting the relevant documentation.
