I am an Associate in the Employment team, working with both employer clients and individuals to advise across the full spectrum of employment matters in England and Wales. I work on contentious and non-contentious employment matters, advising clients across a broad range of sectors.
Employment
Drafting and advising clients on contracts of employment, handbooks and policy documentation
Advising clients in relation to any required disciplinary, grievance and/ or redundancy processes
Advising both individual and employer clients on terminations, including the negotiation of settlement agreements
Representing both claimants and defendants in relation to contentious tribunal claims
