I am an Associate in the Employment team and I advise clients on a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious employment law issues.
My advisory work covers contracts and policies, employee relations matters, restructures and redundancies, performance management and terminations and exits. I also provide transactional assistance on corporate acquisitions.
In addition, I deal with contentious matters on behalf of both employers and employees. I have experience in both the Employment Tribunal and the High Court in relation to claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and breaches of restrictive covenants and confidentiality.
