- Providing support and strategic ER advice to management, employees and senior stakeholders on navigating complex people situations (including performance issues, restructuring, well-being, D&I, misconduct, interpersonal issues / informal conflict resolution, grievances, terminations
- Conducting investigations into allegations of mistreatment, misconduct, discrimination, harassment and / or retaliation. Partnering with multiple stakeholders to ensure end to end process is managed and implemented consistently, humanely and in compliance with local law and best practice
