Albert Mould Associate

I advise employers and individuals on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters throughout the employment life cycle. I previously worked as Legal Counsel – UK & Europe for a UK headquartered global bank and have experience providing commercial and practical employment law advice within the financial services sector.

My practice covers drafting and negotiating employment contracts and settlement agreements for both employers and individuals as well as acting for claimants and respondents in employment tribunal litigation. I also regularly provide strategic advice to employers and individuals on complex disciplinaries, grievances, dismissals and capability issues.

I have experience coordinating and managing large scale multi-jurisdictional projects and tailoring local counsel advice to my client’s business.

I am part of Lewis Silkin’s Investigations group and assist with complex and sensitive independent workplace investigations for large, international businesses.

Outside of work, I am an avid Chelsea FC fan. I am also passionate about youth mentoring and regularly provide career coaching to young people from underprivileged backgrounds.
