As a rockhopper lawyer, I am on call, by telephone and email, to advise employers from a variety of sectors on whatever HR or employee relations issues they need assistance with.
I have been at Lewis Silkin since I qualified as a lawyer in 2004. I advise on all aspects of employment law: the good (recruitment), the bad (disciplinary issues, grievances) and the ugly (unfair dismissal, discrimination). I have been commended by the Legal 500 with them stating that I “provide sound, pragmatic advice”.
I work for a wide variety of clients, national and international, large and small. I work alongside them on a range of issues, which might include performance and sickness management, drafting contracts and policies, advising on tribunal claims, handling complex restructures and advising on ‘family rights’, including maternity, paternity, adoption rights and flexible working.
