Our Corporate team has advised MHP Group, part of Next 15 Group plc, on its acquisition of TUVA Partners, the London-based technology communications and branding consultancy.
Leading integrated communications consultancy, MHP Group has acquired TUVA Partners, to form MHP Technology. This new specialist team will offer integrated services by leveraging MHP Group’s creative, digital, reputation, capital markets, and public affairs expertise.
Our team was led by Sadiq Tajbhai, Corporate Partner with corporate support from Jack Baldwin, Senior Associate, Stacy Treharne, Associate and Tax support from Matthew Rowbotham, Partner.
