We are pleased to announce our autumn/winter series of free webinars. This programme is aimed mainly at HR managers and those with equivalent experience of dealing with workplace employment issues – but we’d be delighted to welcome you whatever your background or grounding in employment law.
The new immigration system is in place from 1 January 2020. This session will give an overview of the new system and how it is likely to work in practice. It will cover sponsorship of skilled workers and look at some of the main work-related immigration routes, including the Skilled Worker, Intra-Company Transfer, Sporting and Creative, Global Talent and Graduate visas.
