We are pleased to announce our spring/summer series of online updates. This programme is aimed mainly at HR managers and those with equivalent experience of dealing with workplace employment issues – but we’d be delighted to welcome you whatever your background or grounding in employment law.
As the government-backed furlough scheme comes to an end, many employers will need to look at restructuring their workforces due to the ongoing impact of Covid-19 on their business. This session will look at various options, including ongoing furlough arrangements, reduced hours working, changes to terms and conditions, and redundancies. This will include an overview of collective consultation obligations, and how you can consult effectively with your employees while they remain away from the workplace.
