Lewis Silkin’s Sports Business Group are delighted to invite you to their discussion forum on Financial Fair Play - Where Are We Now? The event will be held at Lewis Silkin, 5 Chancery Lane in the heart of London.

The forum aims to discuss the current legal and practical implications of Financial Fair Play in both a European and domestic context. We have invited a panel of industry leaders who work in the highest echelons of football as panellists to a ‘Question Time’ style debate.

The event will be chaired by Lewis Silkin’s football regulatory expert, John Shea, and our confirmed panellists are:

He is the current chairman of Swansea City and has previously been chief-executive at Chelsea, Leeds United Everton, Derby County, and Sheffield United.

Paul Gilroy QC of Littleton Chambers - Paul has significant experience of sports-related litigation and regulatory matters. In his football work, he has advised and acted for a stellar list of clients, including Pep Guardiola, Gianfranco Zola, Sir Alex Ferguson, Roy Hodgson, Harry Redknapp, and most recently Antonio Conte, amongst others. He is also a specialist member of the FA's Judicial Panel and the FA Appeal Board, and sits as a Rule K arbitrator.

Keith Harris – Keith is an investment banker and financier who has held senior executive positions at a number of leading institutions. He has acted as a senior corporate finance and takeover advisor in relation to a number of football takeovers including Chelsea, West Ham United, Aston Villa, Fulham and Manchester City.
