Finance for Non-Finance Managers

This session will cover some of the key concepts in an organisation’s finances – an introduction to key financial measures, how do we measure and report financial performance, and why is cashflow so important to organisations? Some of these concepts are applicable to all organisations, but this session will then also focus on specific areas that impact not-for-profit organisations.
