With governments and employers continuing to grapple with whether or not to make vaccination mandatory, in this session we will be looking at the fast-changing position in key jurisdictions and what approach multinational employers are taking on this challenging issue.
We will discuss:
- What’s the latest from the leading European jurisdictions, where governments are introducing increasingly controversial approaches?
- Is the mood changing, both in politics and in business, towards a more pro-active approach to encouraging or mandating vaccination (despite Joe Biden’s federal mandate requiring compulsory vaccination in workplaces in the US having failed)?
- If employers are mandating vaccination what exemptions are they permitting? And what measures are employers taking short of mandatory vaccination to protect the workforce and the bottom line?
With contributions from colleagues from key European countries as well as insights from leading multinational companies, this session looks to provide an up to the minute and practical guide on this topical subject.
