I am a trainee in the Dispute Resolution Department.
I joined Lewis Silkin as a paralegal in the Employment Department in August 2014 before starting my training contract in August 2017.
After obtaining a law degree in France I moved to the UK and completed the GDL and the LPC at Cardiff Law School.
As a paralegal in the Employment department was assisting fee earners (and the rockhopper team) in all aspects of employment law. My tasks were varied, including proof reading, bundling, liaising with Chambers, carrying out research, managing international projects and drafting letters and articles.
I am also a member of the French Desk and contributed to providing French companies with advice on the specificities of UK employment law.
In my free time I enjoy coaching gymnastics in a local club, watching various sports on TV (especially gymnastics and tennis) and reading. I also love cooking and not only French recipes.
I am currently gaining experience in the Dispute Resolution department, primarily focusing on Intellectual Property and Media litigation.
