Our focus will be on prevention as well as the defensive narrative if the worst does occur. 23 February 2021The CCPA came into force on 1 January 2020 and the last 12 months have seen a lot of developments. The CPRA is coming into force on 1 January 2023 and is a further step forward from the CCPA (including expanding data rights and the creation of the California Privacy Protection Agency).
