Two years on, these flexible working arrangements remain attractive to employees and employers may consider allowing employees to work remotely overseas. 30 May 2022The Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021, signed last July, sets out the legislative basis for Gender Pay Gap (GPG) reporting in Ireland – and employers who are required to report are expected to pick a “snapshot” date in June, on which they must collect the data, and then report on it within a six-month period.
