No more long work hours for millennial lawyers
05 October 2016
James Davies has commented in an article for The Financial Times which discusses how working round the clock for high pay is not what motivates young lawyers today.
The article draws on Lewis Silkin's use of Rockhopper: 'a low-cost legal advice service, staffed by lawyers who have opted for a better work-life balance than is usually demanded by the firm, in exchange for a cut to their pay.'
James comments:
"It surprised us that some of our great lawyers asked to move to the Rockhopper programme”.
