- a pharmaceuticals company on the employment provisions in a Master Services Agreement as part of their overseas growth in Italy, France, Germany and Spain through a partner company.
- a technology company on the EMEA employment law aspects of the global sale of a software division to private equity, involving the transfer of over 1,200 employees in 15 jurisdictions including France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain and The Netherlands.

- the UK entity of a Russian financial services company on a restructure (including Board level exits) following uncertainty created by sanctions against Russia.
- Hindalco Industries Limited in relation to a product liability dispute with German and English companies arising out of the supply of defective aluminium extrusions. Issues included conflict of laws, claims in contract and tort, statutory claims, including negligence, deceit, Consumer Protection Act 1987, negligent misstatement, contribution claims.
- various companies in a major Dutch industrial group, which manufactures steel and pre-stressed concrete products in defence of a claim for alleged introduction fees from a Maltese investment firm in the Commercial Court, including jurisdictional disputes and defences of economic duress, frustration, lack of consideration and lack of execution.
- Elektrizitäts-Gesellschaft Laufenburg AG, the major Swiss Electricity utility company on its first UK office location following its decision to create a trading position in London. We have also advised on the acquisition of new space for the purposes of creating an energy trading floor.
- a high street retailer on a claim brought in the UK High Court by its French Works Council following the decision to close operations in France.
