Lewis Silkin speaking at launch of major techUK report

Naomi Hanrahan-Soar will be speaking at the launch of techUK’s Global Tech Talent Powering Global Britain report at the House of Commons on Thursday 30 March in relation to UK migration in the sector.
With the tech sector representing 16% of the UK’s Gross Added Value, in addition to being one of the most dynamic and fastest growing parts of the UK economy, the need to maintain access to international tech talent is vital. The Global Tech Talent Powering Global Britain report by techUK provides insight and analysis on the UK’s current migration system recommendations as well as detailing how to make the UK a world leader in migration policy in light of the UK’s vote to leave the European Union. Naomi Hanrahan-Soar, Senior Associate at Lewis Silkin and Vice Chair of techUK’s Skills, Talent & Migration group will discuss the the legal framework and proposals for the UK immigration system post-Brexit, to ensure the tech industry remains key to the UK economy and can continue to attract the global best and brightest.
