Business immigration partner Andrew Osborne is going to join a plenary session on the Transfer of Highly Skilled Workers at this year’s Global Immigration Summit in London.
The panel is going to cover the global transfer of Tier 2 Skilled workers and obligations on employers, immigration skills charge, reform of the Blue Card Directive and how to avoid undercutting salaries whilst employing foreign labour.
