The deal will see the creation of a new company, Pinewood Television Limited which will principally create, develop and finance high-quality drama and narrative fiction series for television for the international market.
Award-winning producer Helen Gregory will lead the creative process whilst the Board of Directors will comprise Lord Grade, the Chairman of Pinewood Group, Ivan Dunleavy, the CEO of Pinewood Group, and Peter Gerwe and Premila Hoon OBE of StoryFirst PST Limited.
