Lewis Silkin has advised New Bamboo Web Development Limited, the web-based software development company on its sale to international software development and design company thoughtbot.
Lewis Silkin has advised New Bamboo Web Development Limited, the web-based software development company on its sale to international software development and design company thoughtbot.
Founded in 2006, New Bamboo is a leading software development firm which lists Which?, Red Bull TV and jellybooks as clients as well as being responsible for the creation of the ‘Pusher’ and ‘PandaStream’ products.
The deal will see New Bamboo found thoughbot’s London office to aid thoughbot’s growth in the UK, Europe and the US.
The Lewis Silkin deal team was led by corporate partner Karish Andrews and supported by corporate associate Sadiq Tajbhai.
