In our latest event held in conjunction with Hays, Lewis Silkin invite you to experience all the drama and tension of a tribunal hearing without the responsibility and risk that goes with fighting a real-life case.
We’ll hold a live hearing, complete with documents, witnesses, cross examination and a verdict from the tribunal judge at the end. The tribunal will be based around performance management and a resulting claim for unfair dismissal, but the basic features of the case will apply to all tribunal claims, illustrating the hearing process and the importance of witness evidence. Come prepared for audience participation – you’ll have the chance to ask questions and vote on what you think is the right result!
We will be using real-life barristers and the witnesses will be played by members of our team, and our judge will be played by our colleague Hazel Oliver who is also a part time employment tribunal judge.
