Lewis Silkin has advised Brandwidth Marketing Limited on its acquisition of Williams Commerce Holdings Limited and Cloudfy Limited

Lewis Silkin has advised Brandwidth, the digital experience specialists owned by Next 15 Group plc, on the acquisition of ecommerce specialists Williams Commerce (“WCL”) and B2B ecommerce platform, Cloudfy, as part of a long-term strategy to deepen its complete digital experience capabilities.
WCL is a global ecommerce and marketplace agency headquartered in the UK, with 120 people, and international offices in New York, Australia, India, and Singapore. Cloudfy is a SaaS B2B ecommerce platform providing seamless ERP integration and specialised B2B capabilities for large global organisations.
An expert in growing brands online through Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, Cloudfy, Shopify, Microsoft Dynamics, and enterprise software development, WCL’s clients include Ping, Moet Hennessey, BMW, RNIB, Royal Botanical Gardens Kew, The National Gallery and UPS.
The Lewis Silkin team was led by Legal Director Sadiq Tajbhai with corporate support from Stacy Treharne and Jack Baldwin, tax support from Matthew Rowbotham and liaison with corporate Partner Paul Rajput.
