Lewis Silkin has advised its longstanding client, Next Fifteen Communications Group plc, the digital communications and growth consultancy group, on the acquisition of Cubaka Limited, an award-winning social media agency.

Cubaka specialises in social media strategy, content planning and development and community management. Cubaka offers clients the chance to plan effective social media, web development, online advertising and search together so that they work cohesively.

The Lewis Silkin team was led by corporate managing associate Sadiq Tajbhai with principal support from Corporate and Tax colleagues Jack Baldwin and Matthew Rowbotham, under the overall supervision of Corporate partner Paul Rajput.
