Palladium Group’s acquisition of Oxford-based White Space Strategy strengthens its commercial consulting practice for private equity and brands.
The integration of these two highly complementary, award-winning businesses, provides the market with unrivalled expertise across Transaction Advisory, Strategy Consulting and Value Creation, bringing data and technology to the fore of the commercial consulting proposition. This deal comes shortly after the Palladium Group’s acquisition of onefourzero where Lewis Silkin advised on the acquisition of the leading commercial diligence firm.
The Lewis Silkin team was led by Legal Director Sadiq Tajbhai with corporate support from Stacy Treharne and Jack Baldwin, tax support from Matthew Rowbotham and liaison with corporate Partner Paul Rajput.
Commenting on the deal, Lewis Silkin’s Sadiq Tajbhai said:
It was a pleasure once again working with Mark and the other members of the Next 15 and Palladium teams for this acquisition. This strategic step will firmly establish Palladium as a key contender within the Transaction Advisory, Strategy Consulting, and Value Creation domain. Furthermore, it reinforces Lewis Silkin's exceptional M&A expertise within the advertising and marketing sector.
Commenting on the deal, Next 15’s Group General Counsel Mark Sanford said:
