I am a Senior Associate in the Employment, Immigration and Reward division based in the Dublin Office.

I specialise in assisting businesses with navigating the complexities of Irish immigration and global mobility.

With its multi-stage application procedure, the Irish immigration system presents a complex system to navigate. With my deep knowledge of immigration law, employment permit legislation and the Irish immigration system, I guide businesses and its employees through this intricate system, helping them to minimise risks, avoid problems and offer efficient and effective solutions for their business.

I work with a diverse range of clients, from multinationals to start-ups, across a wide array of industries including, technology, finance, media, automotive, sports, advertising, retail, hospitality, and leisure. Whether it involves senior executives, key personnel, professional athletes or contractors, I cover all aspects of work and business-related immigration permissions, including critical skills employment permits, intra-company transfer permits, business visas and more. I also assist with additional visa requirements and family member immigration permissions including employment visa applications, join family applications and preclearance requirements.

I understand the time-sensitive and often stressful nature of these processes and I am here to ensure minimal disruption to your business by offering pragmatic advice and commercial solutions.

In addition to immigration, I am also an employment law specialist, uniquely positioned to address immigration, global mobility and employment-related issues comprehensively.

With employment matters, my work can vary from drafting and advising on contracts of employment, employment policies and procedures to providing guidance to employers on grievances, disciplinary matters, dismissals and discrimination issues. I also have significant litigation experience in the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court, Circuit Court, High Court and Court of Appeal.
