I joined Lewis Silkin as an Associate in the Real Estate team in December 2022. Having trained and qualified as a Solicitor in June 2020 at a firm outside of the city, my experience ranges across a breath of Commercial and Residential Real Estate matters, including property finance, landlord and tenant work, portfolio management, development sales and acquisitions, residential sales and acquisitions and leasehold enfranchisement matters.
I advise on a wide range of property transactions with a focus on commercial real estate. This includes drafting, negotiating and reviewing transactional documentation such as:

- Option Agreements
- Agreements for Lease
- Conditional and Unconditional Contracts for sale
- Rent Deposit Deeds
- Transfer Deeds

In my spare time I enjoy coaching gymnastics to children at a local gymnastics club, where I have volunteered since 2018. I also enjoy taking part in a variety of sports such as Crossfit, Olympic Weightlifting, Running, Swimming, Cycling and Hiking.
