Mock Employment Tribunal
Our Mock Employment Tribunal training gives you the opportunity to experience what happens at this type of hearing without the cost, preparation and stress involved in the real thing.
Based on a fictional scenario, you will learn about how a hearing works, how to put your case across effectively and the importance of being properly prepared. These sessions are fully interactive - the participants will be able to ask cross-examination questions and vote on what they think is the right result. You can join us at one of our online mock tribunal events. We can also run a bespoke session for your team, at which your managers or members of your HR team can play the parts of the claimant and the employer’s witnesses and experience being cross-examined by some of our lawyers.
