About

I head up our client training team as part of our Worksphere offering of complimentary services. Having worked as an employment solicitor for a number of years, followed by a career lecturing at law school, I use my skills to enhance the knowledge of in-house counsel, HR professionals and line managers in key employment law topics.

A focus of my work is in the DE&I space, helping organisations highlight their values and educate their workforces in creating respectful workplaces.

I am a CEDR accredited workplace mediator and I frequently work with clients to mediate disputes arising between colleagues or to train staff in the skills needed to resolve conflict-driven situations. I am the firm's disability champion and regularly speak about disability-related issues.

  • Working in the City, advising individuals and employers on both contentious and non-contentious employment issues across a range of sectors

Legal training

  • Lecturing to large groups of staff both online and in-person on all areas of employment law
  • Designing and delivering training sessions online and in-person for small groups of managers and HR teams
  • Delivering training sessions to HR, ERGs, managers and staff focusing on Respect in the Workplace, Inclusion and disability and unconscious bias
  • Coaching managers one-to-one, highlighting their role in protecting the business from harassment

Mediation skills

  • Conducting mediations between individuals in situations of relationship conflict and personality clashes
  • Facilitating conversations between team members where relationships have broken down between multiple parties

Mental health first aider

  • Training managers and staff in mental health awareness and the support available to colleagues experiencing mental health challenges
  • Providing mental health first aid support to colleagues
